Press release regarding the results registered by S.I.F. Oltenia on 30.09.2021

On 30.09.2021, the assets of the company- valued according to the provisions of the FSA Regulation no. 7/2020 regarding authorization and operation of alternative investment funds - had a market value of 2,437,876,759 lei, up by 23,27% compared to the value on 30.09.2020 (1,977,720,479) compared to the value recorded on 31.12.2020, the assets on the reporting date show an increase of 18,28% ( 2,061,083,057).

The net asset value (4,3814lei/share) recorded an increase of 19.68% compared to the registered value on 30.09.2020 (3.6609 lei/share) and 14.47% compared to the registered value on 31.12.2020 (3.8274 lei/share).

The overall result as of 30.09.2021 was of 343,400,482 lei (increased by 502,957,399 lei compared to the value recorded on 30.09.2020.

The net profit of the reported period of 47,177,096 lei recorded an increase by 34.83% compared to the same period of the last year (34,988,555 lei on 30.09.2020).

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that the Quarterly Report as of 30.09.2021 – prepared in accordance with legislation in force – will be available starting from 12.11.2021, at 8:00 a.m. at the internet address http://www.sifolt.ro/en/raportari/2021/tr3/tr3.html.

The report will be made available to those interested -as from the same date- at S.I.F. Oltenia's head office from Craiova, 1 Tufanele Street.

We mention that the Simplified Interim Individual Financial Statements as of 30 st September 2021 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.
