Following the FSA Decision no. 1135 / 15.09.2021, the Board of Directors of SIF Oltenia S.A., convened in the meeting of 20.09.2021, adopted Decision no. 20 / 20.09.2021, in order to complete the number of members of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Andreea Cosmănescu was appointed interim administrator of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.

Mrs. Andreea Cosmănescu holds a master's degree in Taxation and Wealth Accounting, at the Academy of Economic Studies and a bachelor's degree in Law and in Economic Management. At the same time, Mrs. Andreea Cosmănescu is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants, accumulating a professional experience of over 13 years in the field of taxation within PwC and EY Romania.

Mrs. Andreea Cosmănescu will exercise the attributions corresponding to the position of administrator from the date of approval by the FSA, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
