ANNOUNCEMENT

S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. in accordance with the provisions of art. 19 para. (3) from FSA Regulation no. 10/2015 and art. 70 of EU Regulation 231/2013, during 2022 it proceeded to review the policies and valuation methods used for the valuation of financial assets from the company's portfolio presented on the company's website www.sifolt.ro in the section Reports/Assets valuation methods.

Additional information regarding the S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. asset evaluation procedure can also be consulted on the company's website in the Corporate Governance section on the page dedicated to F.I.A.I.R

Any changes in the evaluation policies and methods will be communicated to investors and the Financial Supervisory Authority, according to the regulations in force.
