We inform you that today, 05.09.2017, 11:00 a.m., at the first call of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A., an attendance of the shareholders that are found in the Shareholders Register corresponding to the reference date set for the meeting, respectively 23.08.2017, owners of 232,459,688 shares, representing 40.068% of the SIF Oltenia SA share capital has been counted.

As a result, the quorum needed for conducting the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting has not been met.

A second meeting is set for 06.09.2017, with the same agenda, in the same place and at the same time.
