Longshield Investment Group SA, through its administrator SAI Muntenia Invest SA, informs investors regarding the fact that in file no. 8128/3/2024 pending at the Bucharest Court, Civil Division VI, having as its object, mainly, the finding of the absolute nullity of Decisions no. 3-8 of the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting of SIF Muntenia SA (current name Longshield Investment Group SA) dated 13.02.2024, and in the alternative, the annulment of Resolutions no. 3-8 of the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting of SIF Muntenia SA dated 13.02.2024, the plaintiff being Unirea Shopping Center SA, on 20.06.2025 the court pronounced the following solution:

"Rejects the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff UNIREA SHOPPING CENTER S.A. in contradiction with the defendant LONGSHIELD INVESTMENT GROUP S.A. (formerly S.I.F. MUNTENIA SA), as unfounded. Obliges the plaintiff to pay the defendant the amount of 15,000 lei, representing legal expenses for attorney's fees. With the right to appeal within 30 days of notification. The appeal will be filed with the Bucharest Court - 6th Civil Section. Pronounced by making the solution available to the parties through the court registry today, 20.06.2025."
