Longshield Investment Group SA, through its administrator SAI Muntenia Invest SA, informs investors regarding the fact that in file no. 8128/3/2024 pending at the Bucharest Court, Civil Division VI, having as its object, mainly, the finding of the absolute nullity of Decisions no. 3-8 of the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting of SIF Muntenia SA (current name Longshield Investment Group SA) dated 13.02.2024, and in the alternative, the annulment of Resolutions no. 3-8 of the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting of SIF Muntenia SA dated 13.02.2024, the plaintiff being Unirea Shopping Center SA, on 23.05.2025 the court again postponed the ruling to 06.06.2025.
