SAI Muntenia Invest SA, the manager of Longshield Investment Group SA, informs that at the meeting held on 20.05.2025, the Shareholders General Ordinary Meeting (SGOM) of SAI Muntenia Invest SA decided to elect Mr. Adrian Simionescu as administrator for a new four-year term starting on 20.08.2025 (date of expiration of the current term) and until 20.08.2029. The exercise of the duties related to the position will be done only after obtaining the approval decision issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

At the same time, the SGOM of SAI Muntenia Invest SA decided to elect Mr. Adrian Simionescu as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a four-year term starting on 20.08.2025 and until 20.08.2029, the exercise of the duties related to the position being carried out only after obtaining the approval decision issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority for the capacity of administrator.
