SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that, in the litigation object of the court file no. 1583/108/2019*, having as object the retrial after the cassation remanding the case of the request for the annulment of the Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of SIF Banat-Crișana no. 1 of June 20, 2019, in contradiction with SIF Oltenia S.A. and Flaros SA, The Tribunal of Arad postponed the trial of the case for the term of June 14, 2021.
