In furtherance to our letter dated 22[nd] October 2021 and 28[th] February 2022, this is to inform you that the Company has made an investment of INR 11.40 Million in Sunsole Renewables Private Limited, Mumbai, India, (Sunsole) towards second tranche equity allotment.
The Company’s shareholding in Sunsole, post the additional investment, continues to remain at 26% of the paid-up equity share capital of Sunsole.
