Siemens Aktiengesellschaft today announces that, following application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange and its announcement on September 9, 2014, the listing of the Siemens' ordinary shares of no par value on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market have in each case been cancelled with effect from 8 a.m. (London time) today, October 8, 2014.
