• 三、会议召集人：公司董事会

• 四、会议投票方式：现场投票

六、会议议题:

审议《关于增补公司董事的议案》；

上述提案内容请见公司《第二届董事会第二十三次会议决议公告》。

七、会议出席对象:

• 1.截止 2011 年 12 月 14 日交易结束，在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深

• 圳分公司登记在册的本公司股东；
