关于召开2011 年第一次临时股东大会的通知

根据成都三泰电子实业股份有限公司第二届董事会第十五次会议决议，公司 决定于 2011 年 5 月 16 日召开公司 2011 年第一次临时股东大会。现将有关事项 通知如下：

一、会议时间： 2011 年 5 月 16 日上午 9:30 时开始。

二、会议地点： 成都市蜀汉路一品天下大街180 号成都瀚都国际酒店三楼会 议室。

三、会议召集人： 公司董事会。

四、会议投票方式： 现场投票。

五、股权登记日： 2011 年 5 月 11 日。

六、会议议题 :

• 1、审议《关于增加公司经营范围的议案》；

• 2、审议《关于修改公司章程的议案》；

• 3、审议《关于独立董事变更为非独立董事的议案》；

• 4、审议《关于选举独立董事的议案》；

• 5、审议《关于选举监事的议案》。

• 1、自然人股东凭本人身份证、证券账户卡和持股证明办理登记手续；
