SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ESTIMATED 2025 ANNUAL RESULTS

Reference is made to the announcement of SICC CO., LTD. (the "Company") dated 26 January 2026 in relation to the estimated results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company would like to clarify that paragraphs 2 and 3 under the section headed "I. ESTIMATED RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD — (II) Estimated results" should read as follows:

• "2. It is estimated that the net loss attributable to the owners of the parent company will range from RMB225.00 million to RMB185.00 million, representing an estimated decrease of RMB404.0251 million to RMB364.0251 million compared to the corresponding period of the previous year (statutory disclosed data).
• 1. It is estimated that the net loss attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses in 2025 will range from RMB275.00 million to RMB235.00 million, representing an estimated decrease of RMB431.0930 million to RMB391.0930 million compared with the corresponding period of the previous year (statutory disclosure data)."
