This is to inform that a public announcement was made by the Resolution Professional [RP] on 10[th] September, 2021 seeking for Expression of Interest from interested parties to take part in the auction process (All Cash deal) to acquire the entire Equity Interest held by Sical Logistics Limited in the below mentioned Subsidiaries on an “As Is Where Is and Whatever There Is Basis and without any recourse to Sical Logistics Limited”

1. Patchems Private Limited (Patchems)

Pursuant to this, the auction for the above mentioned activity was scheduled yesterday evening [02[nd] November, 2021] and the results of the same have been shared with the Committee of Creditors to decide on the next steps in this process. Further, the RP has initiated Section 29A [IBC Code] compliance verification for the bidders who took part in the auction.
