SIAV: INTEGRATION TO THE PRESS RELEASE ISSUED ON 4 MARCH 2026 REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF THE “DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT” BUSINESS UNIT

Rubano (PD), 12 march 2026 - Siav S.p.A. Società Benefit (the "Company" or "SIAV") leader in Italy in the Enterprise Content Management sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) market, announces an addition to the press release issued on 4 march 2026 relating to the acquisition of the "Document Management" operating segment active in the public healthcare sector, concerning certain prospective economic data of the business unit. Specifically, the acquired business unit has expected revenues for the 2026 financial year ranging from €1.0 million to €1.2 million, with an estimated gross operating margin (EBITDA margin) between 28% and 32%.

Siav S.p.A. Società Benefit, established in 1989 in Rubano (PD), is a leader in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
