Martinsried, April 18, 2007 – SHS VIVEON AG will divest its existing Mobile
Marketing Platform through a Management Buyout. Herewith, the company
splits up a non-core business activity, to consequently focus on the core
business Customer Risk and Customer Value Management. The sale proceeds
will be in the low seven digit area and significantly exceed the revenues
so far generated in this business area. The one-off earnings will come into
effect in the second quarter of 2007. SHS VIVEON AG will use this cash flow
to finance the expansion of the core business as well as to repay debt.

The Mobile Marketing Platform was part of VIVEON AG, which was acquired in
February 2006. After the sale of the Mobile Marketing Platform, SHS VIVEON
AG plans to intensely co-operate with the newly founded company. Through
joint sales activities SHS VIVEON AG can, even after the divestment,
benefit from the further growth of this business activity.

Martinsried-based SHS VIVEON AG is listed on the Prime Standard segment of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and operates subsidiaries in Spain and
Switzerland. The IT services provider focuses on offering customer
management and credit risk management solutions to companies with a broad
customer base. In 2006, the company recorded revenues of 43 million EUR.

DAB Bank, Danone, E-Plus, Ingram Micro, KQIS, O2, Orange, SüdLeasing,
