• 1. Appointment of Mrs. Nirmala Lavina Menezes as a Women Director (Executive Director) of the Company
• 1. Appointment of Mr. Nag Bhushan Rao as a Director (Independent Director) of the Company
• 1. Increase in Borrowing Limits of the Company under Section 180(1)(c) of the Comopanies A= 2013
