Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (“LODR”) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, August 27, 2025, which commenced at 03:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 04:00 p.m. (IST) have inter alia, considered and approved the following:

1. Revision of Shree Vasu Logistics Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 (SVLL ESOP 2022) , for grant of stock options to eligible employees of the Company, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

2. Revised Draft Notice convening the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company , incorporating the aforesaid revision of SVLL ESOP 2022, for approval of the members.
