In continuation to our letter dated 22" June, 2020, we hereby inform that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 25" June, 2020 stands postpone till further notice due to unavoidable circumstances under the prevailing situation of CoVID-19 pandemic.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for the insiders of the Company till further intimation in this regard.
The revised schedule of Board Meeting, considering relaxations granted by SEBI, for the purpose stated in our letter dated 22" June, 2020 shall be communicated in due course.
