Closure of Trading Window

Further, this is to inform you that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company, due to earnings release of the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2021, will remain closed from Friday, 1st October, 2021 till Friday 29th October, 2021 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The designated persons (including Directors and employees of the Company) of the Company have been informed about the same.
