• Sub: Disclosures under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“Listing Regulations”) – Call with Analyst / Investors.

This is further to our letter dated 13[th] March, 2026 regarding execution of Facility Agreement and security creation documents with ICICI Bank and Axis Bank for availing term loan facilities and for funding of Security Deposit INR 400 crores under Brand Usage, Supply and Distributorship Agreement (“BDA”) executed on 4[th] September, 2026 relating to the exclusive long-term distribution of cement products manufactured by Hi-Bond Cement (India) Private Limited (“HIBOND”) by the Company.

Further to above, and pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that:

• a) The Company has paid refundable security deposit of INR 400 crores to HIBOND in terms of BDA; and

• b) the Company has effective from 19[th] March, 2026 commenced purchase and distribution of cement manufactured by HIBOND in terms of BDA.

In this regard, the Company will host a conference call for investors and analysts on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM (IST), wherein Management team of the Company will discuss the outlook of the business and integration with the participants
