In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31[st] March 2024, if approved at the 45[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be Tuesday, 23[rd] July, 2024 . The said dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after Wednesday, 7[th] August, 2024.
