Dear Sir/ Madam,

Sub: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2022, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Shoppers Stop Limited’s Insider Trading Code (“the Code”), to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons. The Trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2021.

The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.

All Designated Persons are being intimated to not enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company, during the aforesaid non-transaction period.
