Report Content The Management Board of Shoper S.A. hereby informs about changes in thepublication dates of periodic reports for the 2025 financial year:-The annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2024 will bepublished on March 31, 2025 (previously scheduled for April 2, 2025).Theconsolidated quarterly re- port for the first quarter of 2025 will bepublished on May 20, 2025 (previously scheduled for May 13, 2025).Theconsolidated half-year rep- ort for the first half of 2025 will bepublished on September 2, 2025 (previously scheduled for September 16,2025).The consolidated quarterly report fo- r the third quarter of2025 will be published on November 5, 2025 (previously scheduled forOctober 28, 2025).
