Report Content The Management Board of Shoper S.A., with its registered office inKraków (the "Company"), hereby announces that today it has receivedinformation that on March 27, 2025, the District Court forKraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the NationalCourt Register, registered an amendment to the Company's Articles ofAssociation, adopted by Resolution No. 3/2025 of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company dated February 27, 2025, regarding theamendment to the Articles of Association.The changes consistedof the complete repeal of the current wording of the Articles ofAssociation and the adoption of a new text of the Company's Articles ofAssociation. The unified text of the Articles of Association is attachedto this current report.
