(the "Company") hereby informs, incompliance with the obligation arising under Article 70 item 1 of theAct on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (the"Act on Public Offering"), that today the Company received anotification submitted pursuant to Article 69(1)(1) in conjunction withArticle 87(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering from TFI AllianzPolska S.A. (the "Shareholder") regarding an increase in theShareholder's share in the total number of votes in the Company.
