Report Content The Management Board of Shoper S.A. ("Company") informs that byResolution No. 8 dated May 8, 2025 the Annual General Meeting of SHOPERS.A. decided to pay a dividend from the Company's profit for thefinancial year 2024.

The Annual General Meeting of Shoper S.A. resolved to allocate theamount of PLN 28,978,596.80 (in words: twenty-eight million nine hundredseventy-eight thousand five hundred ninety-six and 80/100) for thepayment of a dividend to shareholders, which means that the dividendamount per share will be PLN 1.03 (in words: one zloty and 03/100).

The dividend record date has been set for: May 20, 2025, and the paymentdate has been set for: May 22, 2025.
