Report Content The Management Board of Shoper S.A., with its registered office inKraków (the "Company"), hereby presents a list of shareholders holdingat least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") heldon February 27, 2025, specifying the number of votes attached to theshares held by each shareholder, along with their percentage share inthe total number of votes at this Meeting and in the overall number ofvotes in the Company:1. CYBER_FOLKS Spółka Akcyjna (formerly R22Spółka Akcyjna) held 14,039,145 shares at the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting, entitling it to a total of 14,039,145 votes. This represented80.18% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting andcorresponded to 49.9% of the total number of votes in the Company.2.Investment funds managed by Santander Towarzystwo FunduszyInwestycyjnych Spółka Akcyjna (Credit Agricole Fundusz InwestycyjnyOtwarty, Santander PPK Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty,Santander Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Santander PrestiżSpecjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty) held a total of 1,426,400shares at the Extraordinary General Meeting, entitling them to 1,426,400votes. This represented 8.15% of the votes at the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting and corresponded to 5.07% of the total number of votes in theCompany.

The total number of votes resulting from all Company shares issued as atthe date of the EGM amounted to 28,134,560 votes. The EGM was attendedby shareholders representing the total of 17 510 368 votes, i.e., 62,24% of the total number of votes.
