Report Content The Management Board of Shoper S.A., with its registered office inKraków (the "Company"), hereby presents a list of shareholders holdingat least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on May8, 2025, specifying the number of votes attached to the shares held byeach shareholder, along with their percentage share in the total numberof votes at this Meeting and in the overall number of votes in theCompany:

- CYBER_FOLKS Spółka Akcyjna (formerly R22 Spółka Akcyjna) held14,039,145 shares at the Annual General Meeting, entitling it to a totalof 14,039,145 votes. This represented 93,39% of the votes at the AnnualGeneral Meeting and corresponded to 49.9% of the total number of votesin the Company.

The total number of votes resulting from all Company shares issued as atthe date of the AGM amounted to 28 134 560 votes. The AGM was attendedby shareholders representing the total of 15 017 950 votes, i.e., 53,38%of the total number of votes.
