On September 26, 2016, Shineco, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 1,713,190 common shares at a price of $4.50 per share. Its common shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on September 28, 2016 under the symbol “TYHT”. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
