Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ)

Release of securities subject to voluntary escrow

In July 2014 Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) issued 500,000 new fully paid ordinary shares as partial consideration for the acquisition of the business and assets of Stephen Browne Personal Injury Lawyers.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Shine Corporate Ltd (ASX: SHJ) advises that 250,000 of these shares were released from voluntary escrow effective 15 July 2015. Delay in advice of this to the ASX was due to an internal administrative error.
