Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) Acquisition of ACA Lawyers Pty Limited

Shine Corporate Ltd (the Company ) is pleased to announce the expansion of its class actions presence in New South Wales through the acquisition of ACA Lawyers, experts in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. The acquisition is effective from 1 October 2018 and is expected to be earnings accretive in FY19.

ACA Lawyers is currently conducting a number of litigation funded shareholder class actions. Managing Director Simon Morrison said “We are delighted to have ACA Lawyers join the Shine Group. In addition to meeting our strategic acquisition criteria, the acquisition will add experience, diversity and capacity to our class actions team. We’re confident the additional capabilities brought into the team will fortify Shine’s future earnings growth.”
