Shine Justice Ltd (SHJ) Lapse of Performance Rights
Shine Justice Ltd (the Company ) advises that 50,751 performance rights granted under the Company’s Performance Rights Plan ( Plan ) in respect of the financial year ( FY ) ended 30 June 2018, 46,512 FY19 rights and 55,715 FY20 rights have lapsed due to the departure of Plan participants.
The Company’s current capital structure is as follows:
