Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) Lapse of Performance Rights

Shine Corporate Ltd (the Company ) advises that 20,575 performance rights granted under the Company’s Performance Rights Plan ( Plan ) on 27 June 2018 in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2018 and 16,710 performance rights granted under the Plan on 14 December 2018 in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2019 have lapsed due to the departure of a plan participant.
