Shine Justice Ltd (SHJ) Board Renewal

On 28 February 2020, Shine Justice Ltd (SHJ) announced that Graham Bradley AM would join its Board following a lengthy and comprehensive Board renewal process.

Chairman Tony Bellas announced today that Mr Bradley has now joined the Board as a Non-executive Director. Mr Bellas said ‘We are delighted to welcome Graham Bradley to the Board. He is highly experienced, supportive of our values and culture and will bring significant skills and experience to the Board’.

Graham will stand for election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

Mr Bellas also announced that, as part of the renewal process, he and Greg Moynihan will retire from the Board on 30 June 2020, and Graham Bradley will assume the role of Chairman of the Board from 1 July 2020.

Tony Bellas

Tony Bellas joined the Board as Independent Non-executive Chairman in March 2013, ahead of the Company’s listing on ASX.

In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board, Tony has chaired the Board’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Greg Moynihan

Greg Moynihan also joined the Board in March 2013 as a Non-executive Director.

Since then, Greg has chaired the Board’s Audit & Risk Management Committee.
