Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) Appointment of Executive Director

Shine Corporate Ltd today announces that Courtney Jane Petersen will join the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.

Courtney joined the Company as CEO of Shine Lawyers in March 2015. Shine Corporate Ltd Chairman, Tony Bellas, said: “Courtney’s inclusion on the Board will ensure that we continue to benefit from her experience in relation to transformational change, strategy and the skills she brings as a qualified lawyer. We are delighted to have her on the Board.”

Courtney brings with her deep strategic expertise with a strong record in relation to both development and delivery of major projects including transformation programs. Courtney has previously held executive roles in Telstra, Tabcorp, Queensland Rail and Aurizon Holdings.

In her Executive role, Courtney will continue to report to Group Managing Director, Simon Morrison.
