Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) Appointment of Acting CFO

Shine Corporate Ltd (the Company ) today announces that CFO, Mr Daniel Wilkie, is on extended leave for health reasons. Accordingly, the Company has appointed Mr Ravin Raj as Acting CFO with immediate effect.

Mr Raj is a seasoned CFO with listed company experience and brings a wealth of experience to the Acting CFO position. Mr Raj has over 30 years’ experience in the finance and construction industries and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Raj commenced his career in accounting firm Touche Ross & Co before joining Watpac Limited, where he held the position of CFO for nearly two decades. More recently, Mr Raj has held senior finance, strategy and commercial roles at a number of organisations.

Shine Corporate Ltd Chairman, Tony Bellas, said: “We have appointed an Acting CFO in light of Mr Wilkie’s absence. We are confident that Mr Raj has the capability to guide the Finance function whilst Mr Wilkie addresses his health concerns.
