Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) Management Changes – Simon Morrison Reappointed Managing Director

The Board of Shine Corporate Ltd (the Company ) announced today that the founders of the Company, Simon Morrison and Stephen Roche, will take on key roles following the decision by Ms Courtney Petersen to resign from her role as Managing Director & CEO.

Simon Morrison will resume his previously held role of Managing Director, while Stephen Roche will take on a more active role as consultant, working with the senior leadership of the Company.

Board Chairman Tony Bellas thanked Courtney for her contribution while at Shine, “Courtney joined Shine in April 2015 and the Board recognizes her valuable achievements during that time. The Board is pleased to see the return of the founders to the Company to lead it through the next phase of its growth.”
