Shine Corporate today announces two key appointments that strengthen the senior management ranks of the Company as it pursues its vigorous growth agenda and continues to drive operational efficiencies in its core operations .

Shine Corporate Managing Director, Simon Morrison, today announces that Courtney Petersen has joined as CEO of Shine Lawyers, the largest law firm in the Shine Corporate Group and Daniel Wilkie takes on the role as Group CFO.

Announcing Courtney’s appointment, Morrison said: “Courtney is a qualified lawyer and exceptional leader who brings a wealth of management and strategic experience having held key senior roles in Telstra, Tabcorp, Queensland Rail and more recently Aurizon. She is a highly impressive talent known for her collaborative leadership style, delivering transformational change and building high performance teams.

Daniel Wilkie, takes on the role of Group CFO, having joined Shine almost 8 months ago managing Shine’s key acquisitions strategy. An accomplished executive, with over 35 years’ experience having held CFO roles at Suncorp and NRMA Insurance respectively, Daniel has strong credentials in corporate finance, commercial management, mergers and acquisitions, and driving performance improvement.

Like Courtney, Daniel has an outstanding record in building and motivating high performance teams and will play an important role in Shine’s growth plans. Craig Thompson has decided to leave Shine to pursue other career opportunities. We wish to publicly acknowledge and thank Craig for his significant contribution to Shine Corporate, particularly during the IPO. He leaves the Company’s financials in good shape and we wish Craig well in his future endeavours.”
