Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Shine Corporate advises that Mr Stephen Roche, a founder and non-executive director of the company will be retiring from the board, effective from 4 September 2015.

Shine's Chairman, Mr Tony Bellas, said "Stephen played an integral role in Shine's development from a small full service law firm in Toowoomba to one of Australia's largest listed law firms specialising in plaintiff litigation."

"Stephen remains a major shareholder in Shine and will continue his involvement with the company in a consulting capacity."

"The Board thanks Stephen for his invaluable contribution to the company over more than three decades and looks forward to the continuing association with Stephen as a consultant to the Board and the senior management team."
