Shine Corporate Ltd (SHJ) General Counsel & Company Secretary Appointment and Resignation

Shine Corporate has appointed Ms Vicki Clarkson BA/LLB (Hons), FGIA, FCIS, MAICD as General Counsel & Company Secretary with effect from today.

Ms Clarkson has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer having commenced practice at Blake Dawson Waldron before moving to Clayton Utz and then in-house counsel at Flight Centre Limited. Most recently, Ms Clarkson worked for Aurizon Holdings Limited, where she held senior roles including Managing Counsel (Major Projects), Assistant Company Secretary, Executive Committee Secretary & Reporting Manager.

Ms Clarkson also holds the positions of Company Secretary of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers Limited and Queensland State Councillor of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Following Ms Clarkson’s appointment, Mr John George will resign as Company Secretary. Mr George has decided to leave Shine to pursue other career opportunities. We wish to publicly acknowledge and thank John for his significant contribution to Shine Corporate, particularly during the IPO.
