In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Shine Justice Ltd advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 26 October 2023 at 12pm (Brisbane time) and that the closing date for receipt of nominations for election as a director is 7 September 2023.
