In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Shine Justice Ltd advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at 12pm (Brisbane time) and that the closing date for receipt of nominations for election as a director is 31 August 2022.

Shareholders will be provided with further details of the AGM in a Notice of Meeting in September 2022.
