In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Shine Justice Ltd (Company) advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 20 October 2021 at 12pm (Brisbane time) and that the closing date for receipt of nominations for election as a director is 1 September 2021.
Shareholders will be provided with further details of the AGM in a Notice of Meeting in September 2021.
