Shine Justice Ltd (SHJ) Annual General Meeting Date
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Shine Justice Ltd (Company) advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 9 November 2020 at 11am (Brisbane time) and that the closing date for receipt of nominations for election as a director is 21 September 2020.
Shareholders will be provided with further details of the AGM in a Notice of Meeting which will be sent in October 2020 and will also be available through the ASX Market Announcements Platform.
