Notice is hereby given that TraceSafe Inc. (the “ Company ”) changed its corporate name from “TraceSafe Inc.” to “ShiftCarbon Inc.” on November 8[th] , 2022. The Company has “SHFT” as its new trading symbol. The Companies new being CUSIP # G8126P 109/ ISIN # VGG8126P1099. This company will be using generic certificates which meet the requirements of the STAC Generic Certificate program.
