Board Changes

The Board of Shepherd Neame wishes to announce the following changes to a number of Board member's roles and responsibilities:

Hilary Riva has been appointed as Senior Independent Director and will remain as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Nigel Bunting will be appointed to the newly created role of Commercial Director, with responsibility for the beer business, procurement and logistics functions, at the end of the financial year. We have commenced the recruitment for a Director of Retail Pub Operations.

Mark Rider, currently Finance and IT Director, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, and has assumed the People function along with his other responsibilities for Finance and IT.
