一、权益变动的目的

本次权益变动的目的是信息披露义务人自身资金需求。

二、信息披露义务人未来 12 个月股份增减持计划

公司于 2018 年 8 月 27 日在中国证监会指定创业板信息披露网站巨潮资讯网上披露了 《关于持股 5%以上股东减持股份预披露的公告》（公告编号：2018-064），持股 5%以上股东 华周女士（持有公司股份 1,152 万股，占公司总股本的 5.76%）计划在 2018 年 9 月 19 日至 2019 年 3 月 19 日期间，通过集中竞价交易或大宗交易方式减持所持公司股份不超过 200 万 股，即不超过公司总股本的 1%。截至本报告书签署日，上述减持计划已实施完毕。
