Royal Dutch Shell plc announces that Jessica Uhl, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMR”) has been made a conditional award of performance shares of Royal Dutch Shell plc under the Long Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) as set out below.
