DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") received notice on August 19, 2011 from Jeroen van der Veer, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that on August 19, 2011 he purchased 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc A Ordinary shares at a price of €21.515 per share. His total current holding is 195,195 Royal Dutch Shell plc A Ordinary shares.
